Hello, and Welcome, I'm Amie!

This space has been created with the intention of sharing my journey with you.  Whether you are here for my yoga offerings, motherhood musings, or any of the other wonderful elements of this space.  I am so grateful you are here!

I am a wife and mama of two incredible little humans, and much of my life and practice has evolved around my family. I have loved yoga for many years, but I have only really invested into my practice over the last few.  

I believe that yoga is more than a physical practice, it is a way of living life.  A balance of mind, body and soul work, it is living authentically, contributing to our community, and spreading light in the world. My offerings will always bring a combination of traditional yoga asana, meditation and mindfulness into practice.  Each class is curated to challenge the mind and body, and encourage awareness in the present moment.  I have a great love for nature, and travel. I am Vata dominant, which often has my soul pulling me in many different creative directions. When I am not teaching yoga, my time is invested in my family and friends.   

I would be so honoured to hold space for you, may we meet on the mat!

When we explore the practices of meditation and mindfulness we challenge the way we process and react in our every day lives. These practices give us control of what we can change, which is our response to the world.
